OVERVIEW

Led by Michelin Star Chef Anthony Sasso and Pastry Chef Nicole Sasso, Rosie General is an homage to the siblings’ mother, Rosie: honoring their Italian heritage, Jewish warmth, and coming together over bread. Designed by Brooklyn-based Home Studios, styled by owner and branded & photographed by Shipdaddy Studio.

Housed in a historic curved brick building in the legendary Rondout region, Rosie is a throwback to old school Hudson Valley grocers that provided their community with all the daily necessities, stocked high and heavy.

The branding was defined by an organic palette, imperfect pattern and handmade labels.
